The service felt effortless and friendly. The staff maintained a high level of professionalism. i noticed many amenities, including ample parking. the pool area was warm and inviting, it featured toys, games. activities like volleyball and billiards. i liked the variety of options available.
The room doors seem quite thin. I could hear noises from the hallway more than i would have liked.

the beautiful king room featured modern fixtures. a new sink area stood out, though it was somewhat separate from the older sink inside the actual bathroom. the bed was comfortable, i rested well each night.

Location was very convenient for visiting the parks, a plus.
The air conditioning was excessive. Restaurants were uncomfortably cold and required a jacket. The room looked old and not very well maintained. A shower curtain instead of a glass door felt outdated.

The location offers quick access to the parks. Staff members were helpful. Express passes made access to Universal Studios easier. I found the rock memorabilia throughout the hotel interesting.
The room seemed dated. The old sink in the bathroom was not changed. I observed some black mold on the ceiling. These conditions are unacceptable for the price.

Really good Stay with Great Perks

The hotel is ideally close to the parks. Even after a long day, the walk back isn't too far. The boat is an added bonus, my children really enjoyed this. Club level lounge was quite busy at peak times. Our family was always able to get a table.
The speakers in the pool used to play music underwater, but they were not working .

the hotel had friendly staff i appreciate that the location was very close to universal parks it was a 5 minute walk. the universal express passes that was included with our stay was very convenient we like using it for the attractions.
i was not told about building works happening that wasn't advertised when i booked it. the drilling noise was extreme during some hours of the day also the club room wasn't really worth the extra money the food was okay but nothing special.
